After we made our kumquat marmalade, we still had more fruit. So why stop there when you can also make a seasonal cocktail. What’s unique about kumquats, is that the sweetness comes from the rind and the sour tartness is from the fruit. When eaten together the tart-sweet combination is refreshing and so is this kumquat martini.
